The DAWN Type-C version remap kit includes a remap board and an upgraded back shell with four extra ergonomic buttons.
This kit allows you to easily transform your PS4 controller (JDM-04 & JDM-05) into a professional eSports gamepad with 4 programmable remap buttons.
This remap upgrade solution gives you a competitive edge in online games and tournaments and complies with all relevant regulations.
The main PCB included in the kit features a USB-C port, allowing users to convert the controller's Micro USB charging port into a Type-C port, providing a more convenient and practical charging solution. Additionally, the kit allows users to remap 15 buttons to four additional middle finger buttons, offering six customizable mapping profiles.
This is a great advantage for you as you don't have to take your hands off the sticks or triggers to access other buttons such as face buttons during fast FPS or shooter games.
Installation Guide:
Installation of the DAWN Type-C Remap Kit requires advanced technical skills and requires disassembly of the controller, and soldering is optional.
Many other products use hot melt adhesive to attach the four additional buttons to the back shell.
With the DAWN Type-C Remap Kit, you can simply install the button using screws.
If you don't need to remap the L3, R3, or touchpad buttons, no soldering is required.

Instant Button Remapping:
Simply press and hold the settings button on the back for 5 seconds to enter button programming mode.
You can launch the remapping program during a game and assign up to 15 buttons (X, O, Triangle, Square, Up, Down, Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, L3, R3, and touchpad buttons) to the rear buttons.
Notes:
This product is only compatible with PS4 Slim Pro Controller JDM-040/050/055 (models with light bar on touchpad) (Please refer to the second picture in the listing to carefully check controller compatibility before purchasing).
Controller and other parts are not included.
After installation, be careful not to press down on the accessory when closing the controller, as this may cause it to not function.
