Warranty Information
We offer a 6-month warranty on all our products, during which we will repair, replace, or refund any quality issues that may arise with the product itself.
How to get a 6-month extended warranty:
1. Follow us on any social media platform.
2. Simply share a photo or video of our product on your social media accounts using #extremerate and @extremerate and you're done!
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
1. Deterioration and failure due to normal use, wear and tear, or aging.
2. Damage caused intentionally or accidentally by the user, such as misuse, dropping, throwing, or other misuse of the product.
3. Unreasonable or excessive use of the product, including commercial use.
4. Electrical damage caused by power surges, lightning, or other external factors.
5. Scratches, dents or other cosmetic changes that alter the product or its appearance.
