Please see the second photo in the listing. This product is compatible with standard Xbox One controllers with a 3.5mm headphone jack and standard Xbox One controllers without a 3.5mm headphone jack. It is not compatible with Xbox One S controllers, Xbox One X, or Xbox One Elite controllers.
Remove the panels using a shell opening tool or with your fingers. Installing these panels doesn't require opening the shell or any complicated procedures. If the left panel gets in the way of the trigger buttons, simply file down the edges of the panel.
